Working with a partner (or independently), you will write a well-researched analysis paper in which you discuss, analyze, and determine if Chris McCandless has a specific psychological disorder that may have contributed to his decision-making process.
Suggested Psychological Disorders:
You should rely on notes that you take from the book, and you NEED to use two online database articles. You should use psychology database sources in the Gale Virtual Reference Library database for reputable information about disorders. At home it's montytech1 for the password.
Other sources you may find may include information about Chris McCandless and/or are related to his motivations. These sources will be found using our largest database: Gale Power Search. You can simply search for Chris McCandless or think of keywords to describe him such as nomadic lifestyle, homeless by choice, hermits, loners, etc. You also may also be interested in McCandless's sister's book The Wild Truth, which examines their childhood.
