In order to complete this research, you will use research databases and the internet to find reputable sources and take notes. You will take notes in the Note-Taking sheet (see left).
After finishing the play, you will use this worksheet to compare and contrast Romeo and Juliet the play with their real-life equivalents. You will then synthesis your findings into a well-written essay.
Your thesis statement will prove how Romeo and Juliet are similar and/or different to real-life couples OR how the Capulets and the Montagues are similar and/or different to an actual feuding family.
As part of this process, you will also produce a Works Cited using MyBib to gather your citations.
